I am knitting with Tribbles right now and couldn't be happier. :D
Okay so it may not actually be Tribbles, as in the kind Uhura thought were oh so cute and fuzzy. BUT it is cute and fuzzy. Heh.
Take a Lookie and see what I mean. (Clickety Biggety)
See all the little Knobby Balls thingies?! :D
I'm calling this my Tribble Shawl. It's that yarn I went Bonkers for a few weeks ago on the day trip up to Loopy. (The website still says the old name.) It's Be Sweet yarn in Knobby Baby Mohair. The store sample was without Knobby things, but I REALLY liked the colors so I thought I'd give it a try. You can't see it, but it also has a shiny thread running through it. It's pretty, stop laughing. *hugs my baby mohair Tribbles*
Here's another picture of the stole/shawl/thingy.
When I'm done I'll push all the Tribbles to the back and brush the front so that it's all fuzzy and soft. Then I'll push the Tribbles back and wear it like a fuzzy fuzzy go anywhere security blanket Otter Superhero Cape. :D
The Be Sweet Colors are Peach and Burgundy Brown. I think I might need another ball of the Burgundy. We'll see. I can always call and have a ball shipped to me. I'll be deciding that this week though. *finger crossed*
So that's my news for today. Now I'm going to go watch some Millennium with the Honey while I knit on my Tribble Shawl. I Love Frank Black and his Yellow House. ;^)
Super hero cape? What are your super powers, then?

If they were real tribbles, you wouldn't have to buy more yarn because the yarn would be reproducing at an alarming rate.

Um ... you told my kid I knew what your superpowers were. I seem to be out of the loop on this one!
I do agree with the geek, however, if you feed your yarn, it should self-replicate. ;-)
