Current Cat Shaving Progress - Mostly Done *L*
Yesterday I gave my kitty TKK her Spring Shave. Don't worry she's a bit of a freak and actually enjoys it. I'm serious. She like any attention she can get and tries to get my attention all the time. *L* I love that little furball... well I love her, but the excess fur needed to go away. I can't stand all the loose cat hair getting all over me and everything else and she doesn't like to get hot when she's running around. She likes to walk around on a leash as well as play in the backyard. (Supervised of course) Yesterday evening I mostly shaved her. I say mostly because it's a two day event as she only likes to sit still for so long. So she's really only mostly shaved right now. I'll either finish it tonight or tomorrow depending on what happens later today.
This morning I decided to take some pictures of the little cutiehead to document our progress.
Wake Up, Kitty!
Then I took the blankey off to reveal her furless glory. *L*
Then she woke up and opened her eyes. o.0
As you can tell she still wasn't really awake yet. There's nothing wrong with her eyes. The sun was a bit bright for her. ;) Her ears are like that all the time though. When she had a different Cat Slave then me she got a bad ear infection and it made her ear fold over like that. She's okay though. If you saw the KittyVille Hat KnitGirl @ Shutupandknit made for me you can see where she made the ear to match TKK's. :D Isn't that so sweet!
Obviously TKK needed the kitty version of coffee to get her purbox going so she got some nice neck scratches. :D
Look at how much more awake she was after the kitty attention. (She looks like a lollipop head!) She's also trying out the Irish Hiking Scarf. It's TKK approved!
After that I told her I was going to post these images on my knitting blog she stuck her tongue out. :P
Lastly here is a picture of TKK in the blankey made for her doing Crochet several months back. She put it on this morning after I told her she was Nekkid. *L*
I haven't been able to knit as much as I'd like the last few days. I was a complete zombie Tuesday night and last night I think I only knit 20 rows on the Irish Hiking Scarf. Maybe I'll get the RockStar Scarf out tonight and work on it. :D
